What we collect and why
Short version: we collect what you type into the audit form, we use it to prepare and send you the audit, and we do not sell it.
What the audit form collects
| What | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Organisation name | To identify the account with your carrier and to address the report. |
| Email address | To send you the audit. It is the only way we can return the thing you asked for. |
| ZIP code | To determine which carrier and which retirement schedule apply to you. |
| Approximate line count and current cost | To calculate the savings comparison. Both are estimates and neither is verified against your bill unless you send us one. |
| Anything you type in the notes field | Because you chose to tell us. |
How it is used
We use it to prepare your audit and to contact you about it. If you become a customer we use it to provide the service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except service providers who help us operate the business and are bound to use it only for that purpose.
If you send us a copy of a phone bill as part of an audit, that document contains your account number. We store it privately, use it only for the audit and for porting your numbers, and delete it on request.
What we measure about the site itself
We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page views and to see whether people who start an audit finish it. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and builds no profile of you.
When someone reaches an audit result we record three things and nothing else: the kind of organisation, a bucketedline count such as “6–20”, and whether the result showed a saving. No ZIP code, no email address, no organisation name and no figures are sent to analytics — those stay in the audit itself.
Getting it removed
Email privacy@stilltone.ai and ask. We will confirm what we hold and delete it, other than anything we are required to retain for tax or regulatory reasons. You do not need to give a reason.
